Clash of Clans: The Epic Raid – Village Edition brings the world of one of the most famous mobile strategy games straight to your gaming table.

The board game was created in collaboration between Supercell and Maestro Media and preserves the most beloved elements of the original Clash of Clans – village building, resource gathering, unit recruitment, building upgrades, and tactical attacks on opponents.

The game is designed by renowned game designers Eric M. Lang and Ken Gruhl, who have created a dynamic strategic game combining worker placement, economic development, village building, and dice-based combat.

Each player takes charge of their own clan, gradually developing their village, strengthening their army, and earning victory points represented by stars.

Victory, however, does not depend on a strong army alone. It is crucial to manage resources correctly, place buildings strategically, and judge when it is profitable to attack or invest in defence.

Build your own village

Every clan starts with a small village, basic structures, and limited resources.

Gradually, you will expand your territory, construct new buildings, and create an increasingly efficient base.

You place buildings in your village to gain the most advantages while remaining able to withstand attacks from other players.

Available buildings include:

• Gold Mines – ensure the acquisition of gold needed for construction.

• Elixir Collectors – produce elixir for recruiting units and upgrades.

• Town Hall – the centre of your village, which you can gradually upgrade.

• Cannons – basic defensive weaponry against enemy units.

• Archer Towers – providing protection against attackers.

• Wizard Towers – powerful defensive structures that utilise magical energy.

• Walls – slow down enemy units and protect important buildings.

Proper placement of individual buildings is essential. Even an economically strong village can become an easy target if you neglect its defence.

Collect gold, elixir and gems

Resources are the foundation of every successful clan.

In the game, you'll use three familiar resources from mobile Clash of Clans:

Gold – primarily used for building and expanding your village.

Elixir – needed to recruit your army and upgrade the Town Hall.

Gems – a flexible resource you can use to develop your clan.

Deciding where to invest your available resources is a key part of your strategy.

You can focus on your economy, build a strong defence, or invest in your army and prepare for attack.

Recruit legendary Clash of Clans units

No village is complete without a powerful army.

You start with only basic units, but you can gradually recruit stronger and stronger warriors.

You'll find your favourite characters from the mobile original in the game:

• Barbarians – classic warriors ready to charge into the front line.

• Archers – attack enemies from a distance.

• Wizards – use magical abilities.

• Wall Breakers – help break through enemy fortifications.

• Giants – powerful units capable of attacking defensive structures.

• P.E.K.K.A – an exceptionally resilient warrior with devastating power.

• Dragons – flying units capable of bypassing walls.

• Balloons – aerial units that bring new tactical possibilities.

• Barbarian King – an iconic hero with exceptional abilities.

• Archer Queen – a powerful heroine capable of supporting your army.

Each unit type has its own unique abilities and plays a different role during attacks.

Choosing the right combination of units can be the deciding factor between the success or failure of your raid.

Launch epic raids on your opponents

Attacking enemy villages is one of the most important parts of the game.

Choose an opponent's village, prepare your army and send your troops into battle.

Battles are resolved using special attack and defence dice.

When attacking, you must consider the placement of enemy buildings, defence towers and the abilities of your units.

Successful raids allow you to:

• Gain valuable resources.

• Damage or burn down enemy buildings.

• Earn victory stars.

• Slow down your opponents' progress.

• Create an advantage for future rounds.

Damaged buildings can catch fire and will temporarily stop providing their benefits until the fire is extinguished.

Because of this, well-timed raids can be just as important as building your own village.

Builder Placement – strategic decisions in every round

The core game mechanic is worker placement, meaning the placement of workers.

Players send their builders to various locations on the central game board.

This gives them the opportunity to perform various actions:

• Build new buildings.

• Gather and use resources.

• Recruit new units.

• Upgrade the Town Hall.

• Prepare raids on opponents.

As options are limited, players must carefully consider the order of their actions.

Every decision can affect your position in the following rounds.

Upgrade your Town Hall and unlock new options

The Town Hall represents the heart of every village.

By gradually upgrading it, you unlock new development possibilities and gain further advantages.

A stronger Town Hall can be a crucial step towards victory, as it helps expand your economy and make more efficient use of available actions.

Earn 40 stars and lead your clan to victory

The goal of the game is to collect as many victory stars as possible.

These can be earned through successful raids, by developing your Town Hall, and through specific buildings.

When a player reaches at least 40 stars, the end of the game is triggered.

The clan with the highest number of stars becomes the winner.

Thanks to multiple scoring options, you don't have to rely solely on attacking – a combination of effective building, defence, and well-timed raids can also be successful.

Village Edition

The Village Edition is a more accessible version of the Clash of Clans: The Epic Raid board game.

In this edition, game units are primarily represented by cardboard standees, while the box also includes one promo figure.

Players get a full gaming experience with all the main mechanics without needing the premium edition and its extensive set of plastic miniatures.

The pack contains plenty of buildings, figures, cards, tokens and other components, bringing the world of Clash of Clans straight to your gaming table.
